Breaking Up

Breaking up is the hardest thing to do. Especially if you're the one breaking up; you'll feel guilty.
For some reason I just can't be with someone for too long. To tell the truth, it's good being single. I don't feel weighed down or anything; just that feeling of freedom.
I've been with this boy for 3 three weeks now and I'm all ready thinking about breaking up. I hate doing it because I don't like to hurt people's feelings, and then I'll end up crying. It's just too much to deal with. I've been kind of avoiding him because I don't know what to do.
I really admire people who are married for years and years with the same person, and still be happy. I don't know if I could ever do that.
I'll post my outcome when I do whatever I do.

The "Older" Dora the Explorer

This is what the older Dora the Explorer looks like. I think she's much prettier than the younger one. I'd totally get this one.
(Below is an article on the story).

NEW YORK – When toy maker Mattel, working with Nickelodeon, announced earlier this month that a "tween" version of Nick's beloved "Dora the Explorer" cartoon character would be unveiled in the fall, the response was overwhelming ... overwhelmingly negative.
Dora the streetwalker. A sexed-up version of a children's icon. A poor example for kids.
Those were just some of the terms tossed around the blogosphere after Mattel released a silhouette of the "new" Dora, whose image was drastically changed from the endearing tomboy look Dora fans grew to love, with her bowl-cut hairdo, T-shirt and red shorts. This new Dora appeared to have long flowing hair, and was wearing what seemed a scanty skirt, emphasizing her long, shapely legs.
"Did Mattel turn Dora the Explorer into a Tramp?" read one headline from The Huffington Post.
But not so fast.
Mattel and Nickelodeon both say there are two major misconceptions about the new Dora, which is not replacing the "Dora the Explorer" cartoon, but will be a new interactive doll aimed at 5- to 8-year-olds.
"People care so deeply about this brand and this character," Leigh Anne Brodsky, president of Nickelodeon Viacom Consumer Products, says. "The Dora that we all know and love is not going away."
"I think there was just a misconception in terms of where we were going with this," Gina Sirard, vice president of marketing at Mattel, says. "Pretty much the moms who are petitioning aging Dora up certainly don't understand. ... I think they're going to be pleasantly happy once this is available in October, and once they understand this certainly isn't what they are conjuring up."
Part of the confusion stemmed from the silhouette that was released, which made Dora look more like a Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan than a young girl. For the record, the doll does not wear a short dress, but a tunic and leggings. And while she looks older (she's supposed to be about 10), with longer jewelry and longer hair, she doesn't have makeup and seems pretty much like a 10-year-old girl.

It SNOWED!!!!!!!!

I woke up this morning and it was snowing. I mean actual snow falling from the sky. It was AWESOME!!!!
The weather people said it might snow today, but no one never takes it seriously. But truth be told and it did. Me and my sistas played in it all morning. 6:45-10:00 exactly. It was so COLD. We had built two snowmen (mini, but still cute), made snow angels, and had a killer snowball fight. I even made a huge snowball and it's in a freezer as I type.
This was a fun day, if only it snowed on a school day.

Hope you had a great SNOW DAY!!!!

The Last Day

WoW, this month has flown by quick. As you know it's the last day of February. Tomorrow is the first day of March. It's just so weird how it's the third month already. I mean I still remember New Years Day, the first day of 2nd semester, heck  I still remember the very first day of school. When I met Mr. Z. I walked in homeroom and saw 3 people who were in Honors and I wondered was I in the right class.
Anyway, I'm so totally gonna miss 8th grade. A lot of things have happened and been said. A lot of things been thought and felt; I wonder what 9th grade will be like.
But I would like to write or type some more, but I gots to go.
BYE!!!!!!!!

An AWESOME movie!!!!!!!!

It has stopped raining  long enough for me to write this.
Okay, you all have heard of a movie called The Notebook. A movie about love, and a book by Nicholas Sparks. There is another movie and book by him called A Walk to Remember. It is even better!!! I mean I've seen it twice and I'm planning to read the book, too.
You would enjoy this book if you believe in love, faith, and miracles. I highly recommend it.
Here is something that they say in the movie that stuck out to me:

"Love is like the wind. You can't see it, but you can feel it"

Avoid

Okay, later I'll post my quote, but right now let's talk about avoiding people.
I have confronted this to a lot of people, but it BUGS ME!!! It shouldn't, but if the person is avoiding you for a stupid reason than it would be irritating. I still want to be cool with this person, but they're avoiding me at all cost.
I promise myself that I want worry about it, but just confront it in a mature way.

Do You Ever........

Do you ever...
stop and think about what you're doing
look at the clouds
play Basketball so much you pass out
eat a gallon of ice cream in 2 minutes
watch a marathon of your favorite show
think about someone so much you're out of touch with everyone else
think about your crush and want to walk right up to them and tell them how you really feel
trip and fall, but still laugh
get a terrible headache in Algebra
wish the world knew you
want to slap someone for no reason
want to run down the street and scream as loud as you can
want to travel the world in 80 days
wish for a superpower
read your horoscope and believe it
think about why boys you break up with treat you like you're the bad guy
wonder what it feels like to have a lot of fish nibble at your skin
think about how lucky you are to have the people you know in your life
stop and think about your life and what needs improving
be quiet for a whole day
stop and think about what you're doing

Did you know that I think and/or do all these things?????

Band

This is a quote that took me about a minute to think of. It's soooooooooo cool too.
Here it goes........
"Living life is like playing in a band. There are people around you playing in-tune with you. But if you make one mistake, you feel alone and out of tune with everyone else."

Man that quote was the truth. Can i get a hand clap?
Okay people I'm back. And I have a story of good Christianity. You've probably heard before, but when I first read it I was like, " Wow, that was a nice story." So here it is:
Footprints
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonging to him, and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the foorprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you the most you would leave me."
The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

Is that a cool story or what? I know it's awesome.
(clap, clap, clap, applause)

I Can't Believe It

I can't believe that I'm actually on here. One of my best friends named Rhema recommended this website. So now I'm here; yippee. How fun is this posting whatever you have to say? I this sure is a lot of typing. It's starts to get tiring.
Now I'm hungary. I don't know what will come after this blog, but something will.

Bye!!!!!!!!!
